Content Claims Notice
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1800 Spirits respects intellectual property rights. This notice explains how to report content on the 1800 Spirits platform that you believe infringes your copyright or related rights.
1. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe that material available on a 1800 Spirits-powered storefront infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the address below with the information listed in Section 2. We will review complete notices and may remove or disable access to material as appropriate.
2. Required information
Your notice should include all of the following:
1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice).
2. The URL or other specific location on the 1800 Spirits storefront where the allegedly infringing material appears, sufficient for us to locate it.
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Where to send notices
Email: legal@1800spirits.com.
Do not use this address for order support, refunds, or general customer service. For order issues with a specific store, use that store’s contact details in the storefront footer.
4. Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. We may forward counter-notices to the original complainant.
5. Repeat infringers
1800 Spirits may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or suspend accounts of users or merchants who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Other intellectual property concerns
For trademark or other IP concerns that are not copyright claims, contact legal@1800spirits.com with a clear description of the issue and the storefront URL involved.
