1800 Spirits operates the technology platform. Wayne Liquor Locker is the licensed New Jersey retailer that sells products through this storefront. Depending on the activity, either or both may process personal information needed to run the storefront, fulfill orders, and provide support.

Account and profile information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and may collect your full name, phone number, and birthdate (birthdate is collected at signup only). You may also save mailing or delivery addresses in your account.

Order information: When you check out (as a registered customer or guest), we collect name, email, phone, delivery or pickup details, order contents, amounts, substitution preferences, and related fulfillment status.

Communications: We store messages you send through order chat, substitution responses, AI storefront chat (if enabled), feedback forms, and similar support channels.

Technical and analytics data: We may collect device type, session identifiers, page views, product interactions, and search queries through first-party analytics. Some stores also enable Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies or similar technologies according to Google’s practices.

Age confirmation: We may store a short-lived browser cookie indicating you passed the age gate, and a checkout confirmation that you attested you are 21 years of age or older, the legal drinking age in New Jersey. The age gate itself does not store your date of birth.

We do not collect customer SMS marketing or transactional text opt-in for storefront customers. Text messaging opt-in on this platform is used for merchant/staff alerts, not customer SMS.

We do not support social login or SSO for customer accounts. Sign-in is email OTP only.

We do not store full payment card numbers on 1800 Spirits servers. Card data is handled by Stripe-hosted checkout.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, process and fulfill orders, communicate about orders (primarily by email), provide customer support and substitution workflows, prevent fraud and underage sales, improve the storefront, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information with service providers and partners only as needed to operate the service, including:

Stripe — payment processing on the merchant’s connected account.

Resend — transactional email (for example, one-time passcodes and order emails).

DoorDash — when delivery is fulfilled through DoorDash Drive (name, phone, and delivery address as needed for the dropoff).

Geoapify — address autocomplete and geocoding when you enter an address.

Supabase — database and application hosting infrastructure.

Google Analytics / Tag Manager — only when the merchant has configured those tools for this store.

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood for a data-broker model. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Alcohol products may only be purchased by adults who are 21 years of age or older, the legal drinking age in New Jersey. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us using the privacy contact below so we can delete it.

1800 Spirits and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If you access the storefront from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

As a New Jersey resident, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@1800spirits.com and include enough detail for us to verify and locate your account or orders. You may also update certain profile and address fields while signed in.

You can request account deletion by contacting privacy@1800spirits.com. We may retain limited information as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, completed order records).

We retain account, order, and communication records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and operational requirements. Transient data such as email OTPs expire and are cleaned up according to our retention practices.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the storefront after it is published.
