You must be 21 years of age or older, the legal drinking age in New Jersey, to browse alcohol products, create an account, or place an order. By using this storefront you represent that you meet this requirement. We and the licensed retailer reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified.

1800 Spirits provides the technology platform that powers this storefront. Alcohol products are sold by the licensed New Jersey retail merchant operating this storefront — in this case, Wayne Liquor Locker. 1800 Spirits is not the seller of alcohol and does not hold the retail liquor license for this store. Title to products transfers from the licensed merchant to you according to applicable New Jersey law and the fulfillment method selected at checkout.

Customer accounts are created and accessed using email one-time passcodes (OTP) only. Social login and single sign-on (SSO) providers (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook) are not supported for customer accounts on this platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to the email address associated with your account and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the store or platform promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require you to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older before browsing or checking out. At pickup or delivery, a valid government-issued photo ID proving that you are at least 21 — New Jersey’s legal drinking age — is required. The merchant, courier, or delivery partner may refuse to complete the order if ID is not presented, appears invalid, or does not match the recipient. In such cases, return and refund handling is described in our Return and Refund Policy and Fulfillment Policy.

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability are subject to change without notice and may differ from in-store pricing. An order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when the merchant accepts the order. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, the merchant may contact you about a substitution or refund as described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the merchant’s connected Stripe account. Card details are entered and handled on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. 1800 Spirits does not store your full payment card number on its servers.

Authorization may be placed on your payment method when you check out; capture typically occurs when the merchant accepts or dispatches the order. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the merchant’s tax settings and your fulfillment address. You are responsible for any taxes due on your purchase.

Order cancellation, refunds, substitutions, and related fees are governed by the Return and Refund Policy linked in the storefront footer. Self-service cancellation is available only while an order remains in pending status, as described in that policy.

Delivery for Wayne Liquor Locker may be completed by the store’s own couriers or through DoorDash Drive, depending on store settings and the specific order. When DoorDash is used, DoorDash’s terms may also apply to the delivery portion of your order. Delivery may be limited to approximately 5 miles from the store, subject to availability and checkout confirmation.

When delivery is fulfilled by a third party such as DoorDash, that provider’s terms, privacy practices, and delivery rules may apply in addition to these Terms. Pickup and delivery requirements, including ID verification, are described in the Fulfillment Policy.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this storefront for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, or systematically extract data from the storefront; interfere with platform security or availability; use bots or automated means to place orders; or use the storefront for any unlawful purpose, including purchasing alcohol for minors.

If you submit content through the storefront — including order chat messages, substitution responses, feedback, or similar communications — you grant 1800 Spirits and the merchant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service, fulfill orders, provide support, and improve the platform. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

The 1800 Spirits name, branding, software, and platform content are owned by 1800 Spirits or its licensors. Merchant names, logos, and product imagery may be owned by the merchant or third parties. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. To report alleged copyright infringement, see the Content Claims notice.

The storefront may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, payment, maps, delivery, or analytics). We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

THE STOREFRONT AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the storefront will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER 1800 SPIRITS NOR THE MERCHANT OPERATING THIS STOREFRONT WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE STOREFRONT OR THESE TERMS. OUR AND THE MERCHANT’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO A PARTICULAR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect when you use the storefront. Material changes may be highlighted with an updated notice on this page.
